Our approach is fundamentally different than most training programs.
Visualization and nutrition are the cornerstone in which we develop elite performance.
We first and foremost teach each client to visualize their activity and outcome. Mind muscle connection is key in developing athletes.
Nutritional health is critical in performance. We customize, teach and work with each youth athlete to develop a nutritional protocol to best fuel performance.
With the building blocks of visualization and nutrition we create elite strength training programs.
Our trainers will develop the best potential of each youth athlete.

TITAN YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

Visualization and mind muscle connection are incorporated into each movement in the training program.

Nutritional assessment and coaching occur monthly.

Training is twice a week with a minimum commitment of 4 months.
